1 lb. wide noodles, cooked
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pint sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese (can be omitted but makes it extra rich)
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/4 lb. butter
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350. Cook noodles
Mix all together except the butter. Melt butter in large pan and grease well (sides too.) Pour extra melted butter into the batter and mix.
Bake for about an hour and ten minutes. Top should be slightly browned. Insert a knife and it should come out mostly clean with a just a little bit of the mixture on it. (It never come out completely clean.)
